These personalised training sessions are designed to focus on the PLAYER’S specific needs, goals, and aspirations. These 1:1 sessions provide the perfect opportunity for players to refine their skills, receive more repetition, and accelerate their development in areas that matter most to their growth as a footballer.
Pricing: $70/hour
DURATION: 1 HOUR
GROUP SESSIONS (2-20 PLAYERS)
Our group sessions emphasise team dynamics and overall player development. Rather than isolating training methods, we focus on a holistic approach that nurtures both individual skills and collaborative play, ensuring players grow together as part of a team while enhancing their footballing abilities.
Pricing: $45/CHILD PER SESSION
DURATION: 1 HOUR
SPECIALIST SEMINARS/WORKSHOPS
Our exclusive workshops and seminars are led by specialists in nutrition, sports psychology, and physiotherapy, offering interactive learning opportunities for both players and parents. These sessions are an integral part of our holistic player development program, providing valuable insights and tools to enhance performance, mental resilience, and physical well-being.
*Included Bi annually within Academy Program if enrolled.

6 week pre season

30 week competition phase
Technical and tactical sessions. refine technical skills, injury treatment, game day preparation, maintain fitness levels
4 week post season phase
Focus on refining skills and abilities and prepare players for trial periods. Maintain fitness levels in post season

Video Game analysis and feedback.
(Players to provide game day footage for in depth analysis and position specific feedback on technique, movement on and off the ball, shooting accuracy/ efficiency which will be used to aid planning and delivery of future 1 on 1 training sessions).
